Ready to Ship items usually dispatch in 1–3 business days. Made to Order latex pieces are handmade after you order, so please allow 1–5 weeks before dispatch (busy periods can be closer to the upper end).

Possibly! If you have an event deadline, please get in touch before ordering (or as soon as you place your order) and we can let you know what’s realistic.

At the moment, the website is set up for UK delivery only. If you’re outside the UK, email me and I’ll confirm whether I can ship to your country and provide a quote.

Yes. Orders are packed in discreet packaging, with protective wrapping to keep everything safe.

Latex is often stored with a light layer of talc to stop it sticking to itself and to protect the surface in transit. Once you’ve tried your item on and checked the fit, you can wash it to remove the talc and then shine it using your preferred method.

• Wash in lukewarm water with a mild, clear soap (or a dedicated latex wash)
• Air dry only (no tumble dryers), away from heat and direct sunlight
• Shine using a latex polish or a shine bath/immersion method
• Store in a cool, dark place, and keep dark colours away from light colours to help prevent staining

The size chart uses body measurements (not garment measurements). If you’re between sizes, check the product page guidance (where available) or email me and I’ll help you choose.

Yes, for selected pieces. If you’d like to explore made-to-measure, send us an email/message and we’ll chat through what you need.

Usually, we dispatch them separately so you receive Ready to Ship items sooner. If you’d prefer everything shipped together, please notify us at checkout (or email straight after ordering) and we will do our best to accommodate.
