We want you to feel confident shopping with Darker Desires. Because many items are handmade and some are intimate, returns depend on the product type. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with:

Your order number
A short description of the issue
Clear photos showing the fault/damage

Where possible, we will always offer a replacement for faulty items.

Non-latex items (returns accepted)

Returns are accepted for non-latex items only if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition/packaging.

Changed your mind?

If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return postage.

Latex items

Intimate latex items (no returns)

For hygiene reasons, intimate latex items are not eligible for return or refund, unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.

Custom / made-to-order latex (no returns)

Custom and made-to-order latex pieces aren’t accepted for return unless they are faulty. Each piece is made specifically for you, so please double-check sizing and product details before ordering. If you’re unsure, we're always happy to help before you buy.
